I have a referral code. How can I use them to try mobi?
When you first open the mobi app after downloading, you'll see a green "referral" button on the top right corner of your screen. Tap on the green button, insert code and tap on "verify code" to apply code.
Alternatively, you can also access the referral page after logging in. Just tap on "Menu" and scroll down to find "Referral Code". -
I hold mobi tickets plan. How can I apply them for my rides?
Tap on any virtual mobi stop for pick up/ drop off and proceed along the pages. A pop up will appear, asking if you would like to apply tickets from plan (if any) for your rides.
Select "apply tickets" and see the payment amount being changed to S$0.00 on your app accordingly. Tap on the "book button" to confirm booking via tickets. -
I am new to mobi. Can I start using mobi without subscribing to a plan?
Yes, you can choose the commitment free pay-per-use option if you do not wish to subscribe to any plans. Pay-per-use is available at S$5 per ride only.

I am new to mobi. Which subscription plan should I choose?
If you are a new subscriber looking to try out mobi on fixed price plan, we recommend that you start with the 5-ride tickets or 10-ride tickets plan. Subsequently, you can consider upgrade or top up for more ride tickets if necessary.

The ride tickets in my plan are running out. What should I do?
Once you subscribe to a plan, you will gain access to the top up function. If necessary, you can buy additional tickets using the top up function. The top up tickets will not be on automatic renewal, so feel free to use and add on tickets as and when you need them only.

I will be riding mobi with my child. Does my child need a ride ticket?
Children aged 3 and above would need a ride ticket to ride on mobi since they would be taking up a seat in the shuttle. This is to ensure comfort and safety for your children as they travel together with you using mobi.

Is there a way my kids can book and ride mobi by themselves?
Yes, if your kids would like to book a ride on the app and ride by themselves, please register and subscribe a plan for them.

I downloaded the mobi app. But instead of Singapore operation area, the world map appears. What should I do?
Please update your app settings to "allow mobi to access location" so the operation area can be reflected correctly.

What happens if I accidentally set my pick up and drop off at locations other than the virtual mobi stops?
When booking, the mobi app will automatically locate the nearest virtual point as pick up and drop off for you. However, we encourage that you set the pick up and drop off points at the virtual stops correctly to ensure efficient vehicle dispatch and booking experience.

I want to ride on mobi but I can't get a successful booking. What should I do?
The inability to match maybe due to our vehicles experiencing high demands or are at a far away location at the time of your booking. We suggest that you attempt a rebook in 1-2 minutes so the system can refresh and update the latest vehicles' location and completed bookings within this time.

I frequently use ride hailing and public transportations for my travel. How is mobi different from these options?
mobi is an affordable, eco friendly mobility option for first and last mile travels, conveniently covering the distance which may be too far to walk but too near to drive or hail a taxi or ride a bus. Our customers like to use mobi in their daily outings, taxi or ride hailing for urgent appointments and MRT or bus for longer distance travels.

What type of vehicle will be used and what is the maximum capacity?
A 13-seater vehicle including the driver will be used. Hence, a maximum of 12 passengers can ride together in each vehicle for each trip.

How long will mobi wait for me at the pick up point? Is there any penalty charge?
The driver can wait at the pick up point till the indicated arrival time as informed in the mobi app and there will be no penalty charges for waiting. However, our drivers will have to leave should they cannot contact you via chat as this would affect other passengers arrival time. Hence, we ask that you arrive at the pick up point slightly early before the arrival time to avoid any disappointment and to use the service responsibly for effective shuttle sharing with other members in the community.

What should I do if I miss the mobi shuttle?
We advise that you rebook via the mobi app if you could not make it in-time or missed the shuttle.

Can I ride with an infant? Is stroller allowed on mobi shuttle?
You can ride with an infant and a child seat will not be necessary. For safety reasons, we ask that you hold your infant at all times during the ride. Foldable stroller can also be brought onboard, so kindly notify the driver if you will be bringing one.

What actions and items are prohibited on the mobi shuttle?
For safe and comfortable shuttle sharing with members in the community, all the followings will be prohibited :
× no eating or drinking allowed
× no smoking allowed
× no pets allowed
× no durians allowed
× no sharp objects and dangerous goods allowed

I wished mobi can be available in more areas in Singapore. Do you have any plans for expansion?
Following mobi first operation area in Orchard-River Valley-Robertson Quay-Newton, we are considering further expansion in other areas in Singapore, based on users' demands and needs. We may start the next area near you, so if there is any specific areas/ type of operation/ time zone you would like to see included into the mobi service, kindly let us know via the app or by filling in the enquiry form.

Besides running on-demand, do you have any plans for fixed route, fixed schedule operations to further locations?
Currently, mobi shuttles run on-demand from 08:30am to 10:00pm every day. If there are demands and needs, we may consider operation in earlier hours as well as commuting to office areas plan. If there is any specific time zone and areas you would like to see included in the mobi service, kindly let us know via the app or by filling in the enquiry form.
